HOW IT’S MADE

Everything starts from carefully collecting local apple produce of the highest quality. Our inspiration is the picturesque, almost paradisal-like, apple-growing areas of Troodos Mountain. Many generations of local farmers have devotedly cared for apple trees in Cyprus’ highest mountain range, the island’s “green heart,” for decades and decades.

Our choice of produce? Native varieties of “Kathista” and “Lortica” – indigenous ranges that are widely and generally accepted as Cyprus’ finest and freshest apples.

We ensure that Militsa’s taste is the result of merging the best of both worlds throughout every phase of production. We meticulously execute traditional cider fermentation techniques, complemented by modern production methods that employ the most recent technological advancements to further enhance the flavour of the final product.
